Insulated Warehouse In San Benito, TX.

This 4,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office space expansion was developed for the promotional marketing firm "Ideas in Action".  It was built with conventional metal beam and sheet metal construction on concrete slab.  Included on the square footage is a 700 sq. ft. frame and drywall office space with commercial drop ceiling, and two restrooms.  Air conditioning was provided with two 4 ton units for the warehouse, and a 2 1/2 ton unit for the office.  Insulation is a 12" super saver system.  Click here for photos and more information.
